There are a lot of things which we have but we take it for granted. We do not value them in our life but in reality, we should be thankful for all that.

So let’s talk about things, in general, we take for granted but should be thanked.

1. FOOD THAT WE EAT

There are millions of people out there who don’t have food to eat. Millions of children are underweight. 50% of poor child death is because of hunger issues. So if you have food daily on your plate then you are lucky. You can give your food to others who are facing problems with hunger.

2. YOU HAVE LIFE AND YOU ARE BREATHING

We woke up every morning and your heart is beating believe me you are lucky enough. You can breathe what else you need. You are here in just one minute and you will be gone in the next one.

You never know what is going to happen in the next second. So be thankful for your life, you are living.

3. YOU HAVE HOME

You have a home then believe me you are very much lucky. There are thousands or more than thousands of people who don’t have a home for shelter but we have a roof to live.

There are people who sleep in street life. So be thankful.

4. YOU HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS

You need love and support, don’t you? If you have family and friends, and you have someone who can support you and motivates you, then you are lucky.

People seek for love. You always search for friends and family when we are in pain. They can inspire you, motivates you in every situation. So those who have family and friends around them are blessed.

5. YOU HAVE JOB

You might not like your job but you have something to do. There are many people who give their everything just to have a job. You have a job, you are earning something. So be grateful.

Many times our days are not good or things do not fall into the right place. At that time people around us motivates us. They pick us up. Our bad days become quite good because of them. We don’t lose hope in us.

8. PEOPLE WHO CRITICISED YOU

People who criticize every time don’t know that they are the biggest motivators. They always want to make us feel that we are inferior or we can’t do certain things so just to prove them wrong we work hard. So we should thank them too.
