Always wear a mask or scarf when going out to protect your skin and wash your face after coming home.
Extreme exposure to sunlight can cause UV rays to damage our skin. Staying too much exposure to sunlight can cause sunburn, skin tan, and harm your skin cells. Avoid going out in sunlight for a long time.
Lack of hydration in our body also makes our skin dull. Dehydration means a lack of water in our body. It can make our skin dry and sallow. So drink lots and lots of water or fluid to fight dehydration and keep your skin hydrated.

1. Milk cream (Malai), Beetroot powder (Chukandar) & Rose powder:
Take 1 teaspoon milk cream in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon beetroot powder to it. You can replace it with beetroot juice if you don’t have beetroot powder. Add half a teaspoon of rose water to it. Mix the paste well and then apply it to your damp skin. Let it dry or you can wash it after 15 minutes.
Milk cream not only hydrates dry skin but also soothes your skin, brightens skin and evens the uneven skin tone. A very amazing thing for your skin.
Beetroot contains Vitamin C which helps with anti-aging and gives you a pinkish glow too.
Rosewater literally has many amazing benefits. One of them being an amazing anti-aging product and it also soothes your skin. It also gives a refreshing feeling to your skin and a pinkish glow.
2. Cucumber Gel (recipe below), Aloe vera gel, Vitamin E capsule, Almond oil & Cucumber juice:
To make cucumber gel, take a bowl and add 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel to it. Take a vitamin-E capsule and pop it to extract it and put it into the bowl. Now add half teaspoon almond oil and 2 teaspoons cucumber juice. Mix the paste well. It should not be too thick.
Leave the gel overnight and wash your face in the morning.
Cucumber contains Vitamin C and it is very hydrating for your dull and dry skin. It provides nourishment and refreshment to the skin.
Vitamin-E oil gives conditioning to your skin. It also has anti-aging products and helps with hyperpigmentation.
3. Masoor Dal & Tomato juice:
Take one Masoor dal (Red lentil) powder in a bowl and add half tomato juice to it. Mix the paste well. The paste should neither be too watery nor too thick.
Apply the paste to your face. Let it dry and then wash it with cold water.
Masoor dal cleanses your skin and hydrates it as well. It brightens your skin and also contains anti-aging properties.
4. Aloe vera gel & Multani Mitti (Fuller’s earth):
This pack is for people with oily skin. Take a bowl and add 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel to it. Now take half a teaspoon MautaniMitti (Fuller’s earth) and add it to the bowl. Mix the paste thoroughly and apply it to your face.
Keep it for 15-20 minutes. Let it dry. Wash it with cold water after it dries.
Don’t apply it if you have dry skin as Multani Mitti dries out your skin’s excess oil.
Multani Mitti does a great clean-up job as it extracts excess oil and dirt out of your skin. It prevents pimples and acne too.
5. Rice flour & Milk:
Rice flour can be made by mixing it into a mixer. Take 1 teaspoon rice flour in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of milk to it. Mix the paste well. Apply the pack on your skin and keep it for 20 minutes. Let and dry and then wash it with cold water.
Rice flour has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which improve your skin quality and makes it healthy.
Milk helps your skin by providing it hydration and glow. It soothes the skin and provides nourishment to your dull skin.
6. Peach pulp, Gram flour (Besan) & Rosewater:
This pack gives an amazing peachy glow to your face. To make it, take a bowl and add 2 teaspoon peach pulp to it. Add 1 teaspoon gram flour (besan). Add 1 teaspoon rose water to the bowl and mix the paste thoroughly. Now apply the pack to your face and neck and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
Wash your face with cold water. Apply this pack twice a week to see better results.
Peach is a great source of Vitamin C which helps to remove blemishes and pigmentation. It regenerates your skin tissues and makes your skin healthy and glowing.
