How to overcome your Comfort zone?

Comfort zone is a place or situation where we feel comfortable.  So we confine ourselves in that situation. We feel happy in that zone. We fix our circle like family, friends.

We set our limitations and we don’t want to come out of our comfort zone and when something happens where we have to come out of our zone we start to feel uncomfortable. We feel unhappy but there is a life beyond our comfort zone which is important to interact with.

We can’t live in that confined place because if we set our limitations we can’t grow and life is meant to grow and for that, we have to go out of our comfort zone.

Why it is important to get out of your comfort zone?

It is very much easy to bound yourself in a particular routine and you will get used to of it but what’s new in that? You are not doing anything new, you are doing the same thing again and again. You will get bored of it after a while.

So when you get out of your comfort zone, what you will get?

1. You expand your horizon.

2. You become a new person every time when you try something new.

3. You know your potential.

4. You enjoy new things in your life.

5. Life will become more fun and adventure.

How to come over your comfort zone?

It is important to go beyond your comfort zone. but we need to know first, how to overcome your comfort zone?

1. Know your Fear

I always feel when you set your limitations you feel comfortable in that area but there are a lot more opportunities out there. There is a fear in us that if we do things out of our comfort zone we might fail or maybe we don’t achieve certain things.

So we don’t want to do things and we miss many things many opportunities. So we should fight our fear. We should do things out of our comfort zone so that we will know our potential.

2. Always try something new

Many people struggle with many things but don’t stop yourself from struggling. Do it until you feel comfortable with it. Do it again and again and eventually, you will get used to it.

3. Meet new people

Meeting new people change our thoughts towards life. We get to know things from different perspectives. We learn many things from others. So it’s very much important to met new people in life and every day we become new people. So meeting up with new people is very much important.

4. Do not ever think of others opinions

Fear of doing something is mainly about the opinions of others on our things. What others will think? What if I do something and everyone will make fun? What if they comment?

These are some thoughts that run in our head and we stop ourselves from doing things. So don’t think about others or what they will feel or say. No one is perfect. Everyone has flaws but it depends on you that how confident you are?

So be confident about what you do. If you are not good at something you will eventually become good in that. So it just does not think about others.

5. Face Camera

Come in front of the camera because this is the major with many people they feel uncomfortable in facing the camera. So just go and make videos or record anything in front of the camera. You will feel comfortable after a while.

6. Switch your Routine

You should not always follow the same routine. You should change it daily or on alternate days. Meet people or do something which you don’t do on a daily basis.

So everyone who so ever is reading this article this was my personal experience. I always bound myself with the things I have. I never wanted to come out of my zone but when I tried new things life is much more fun.

Now I enjoy my life differently. So for your betterment, you should get out of your comfort zone.
