  • First of all, sit in the posture of Padmasana on a yoga mat or sheet.
  • Then close the eyes.
  • Now suck your cheeks and lips inwards and shape your mouth like a fish.

Lion pose& its benefits-

Lion pose tightens and tones all the muscles in your face. This is one of the best asanas for the face.

How to do it?

  • First of all, lay a yoga mat or a clean sheet on the ground. You can also do this sitting on the bed.
  • Now sit in Sukhasana and rest the palms on the ground. The fingers should be towards the feet. After this, keep both the knees either above the fingers or around it. Keep in mind that in this position your elbows should be straight.
  • After this, open your mouth well and bring the tongue outwards towards the bottom.
  • Roar like a lion while taking out your tongue, so that the muscles in your face are under pressure.
  • This face yoga is done in the same way as a lion opens its mouth while roaring.
  • You repeat this face yoga two to four times every morning in the morning.
